These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pointblank Airsoft website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Pointblank Airsoft Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in Manchester, United Kingdom.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any products from Pointblank Airsoft. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

For the purchase of Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs), you must hold a valid UKARA (United Kingdom Airsoft Retailers Association) membership number or provide a recognised defence under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (VCRA). It is a criminal offence to purchase a RIF without a valid defence. Please visit our UKARA Information page for full details.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

All RIF orders require a signature upon delivery and will require age verification. We will not leave RIF parcels unattended.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return postage from your refund if we arrange collection.

Pyrotechnics, gas canisters, and consumable items are non-returnable for safety reasons.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Airsoft guns are sold as sporting goods for use in organised airsoft games only. They must not be used in a threatening or intimidating manner, or in any public place without appropriate authorisation.

The sale of Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs) is governed by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. It is illegal to sell a RIF to anyone under 18 years of age, or to anyone who does not hold a valid defence.

By purchasing a RIF from us, you confirm that you hold a valid UKARA membership or a recognised defence, and that you will use the product only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to request proof of UKARA membership before dispatching any RIF order.

Two-tone (brightly coloured) Imitation Firearms (IFs) may be purchased without a UKARA defence. However, it remains illegal to convert a two-tone IF into a RIF.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pointblank Airsoft Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Pointblank Airsoft Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
